The Sankt Wendel County tourist information centre is a partner of the Netzwerk Hören, which was founded in 2015 by the Saarland Tourist Board and is committed to expanding tourism offers for the hearing impaired in Saarland.

The Sankt Wendel County tourist information centre has been awarded the "Hören mit Herz"(hearing with heart) seal of quality. The good lighting in the service area contributes to better communication between staff and guests and is supplemented by an inductive hearing loop in the counter area. In addition, all employees have attended the "Hören mit Herz" seminar to familiarise themselves with the needs of the hearing impaired.
